At NextTrade, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with every book they trade or purchase. Please review our return policy below:

✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Used Books: May be returned within 7 days of purchase if there is a major defect that was not disclosed (e.g. missing pages, severe damage).

• New Books: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, unread condition (no creases, marks, or damage).

• Trade-ins: All trade transactions are final and non-returnable unless a mistake was made on our part.

🔁 Return Conditions

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

• Refunds will be given as store credit unless otherwise agreed.

• Books must be returned in the same condition they were sold in.

• No returns accepted on clearance or "as-is" marked items.
